This package includes it all and over a 6 - 8 month timeline.
For spaces up to 5,000 square feet we can create a fully custom space through live design and revisions within 3 - 4 months.
Using set floor plans and furniture spacing we can integrate your furniture lines in a semi-custom space within 3 - 4 months.

Our VIP Showroom Intensives are perfect for those of you who want to see something come to life faster. We’ll work closely with you to create a virtual showroom for a space up to 5,000 square feet with minor furniture tweaks.

We dive deep into your lines and your target markets. We help you build a plan around your high achieving and supporting products.
Development
Menu planning to “Mise en Place”
During this phase we prepare your conceptual space with YOUR manufacturers’ symbols and specifications. We further refine the space by adding architectural elements and spatial divisions.
COOKING
Design
Here is where your space comes to life. Every item blends together through a cohesive color palette and thoughtfully placed accessories and artwork.
PLATING
Delivery
ISCO takes care of the rest as we polish off your VR experience, planning ideas and CET files with dynamic renderings and interactive experiences. We even provide you with a recipe for success by reviewing all files and providing a guide of best practices.
TIME TO DINE
The first step in this process is to chat with me so we can identify your goals and timeline. We’ll hop on a quick 20-30 minute chat to make sure we understand everything you’re looking for. Then we’ll put together a project plan outlining the showroom package that will work best for your needs. Once you approve the plan we’ll dive in and get started!
